✨ Terms of Service ✨

General Terms✧ In order to commission me you must be 18 years or older.✧ I retain the right to deny any commission for any reason I deem fit.✧ I do not, and will not, work with AI or AI generated images for projects. Requesting that I use AI content knowingly will forfeit your right to commission.✧ You agree to these terms by commissioning me.Payment Terms✧ Payments are due in full upfront prior to work unless otherwise agreed upon due to workload or other factors.✧ Payments can be handled through my Ko-Fi commission page or via PayPal separately.Deadlines & Delivery✧ By default, estimated delivery deadlines for all commissions will be 2-3 weeks maximum after payment, unless waitlisted.✧ I will be transparent with workload and my health in order to make expectations realistic.Communication✧ Commuication can be done either through Twitter/X DMs or via Discord DMs at your preference.✧ I will send updates as work is ongoing as frequently as possible!

Revisions / Upkeep / Troubleshooting✧ For graphics or stream element revisions, up to four revisions will be allowed per item.✧ Revisions or changes after final products are delivered will be considered for a small fee depending on circumstances.✧ For Discord server commissions, for three months after final delivery I am more than happy to assist with any issues that arise or if minor changes are needed after the final product is completed for no extra cost.
My only request for assisting post-completion is your patience in getting back to you!Refunds✧ Graphics / stream elements are eligible for refunds as far as first draft of product.✧ Discord server commissions are eligible for refunds between 25%-50% completion.✧ Discord server commissions may be eligible for partial refunds if you wish to downgrade to a lower tier prior to completion, with the difference credited back to you accordingly.Intellectual Property / Ownership✧ All non-art related commissions will be solely transferred into your ownership after completion, no extra fees required.✧ Credit is required!Use of my work in AI or to be fed through AI learning programs is prohibited.Special thanks to BunEclipse

✨ Discord Servers ✨

tier 1 💜 $30

The most basic of server services. This tier is primarily a shell of a server for you to customize as you see fit!

  • HAS: Organized categories and channels with requested aesthetics.

  • HAS: Role organization and permission settings already set up.

  • DOES NOT HAVE: Bots, graphics, or information/content in the channels.

Tier 2 💜 $50

A fully functional server with required bots included and setup. Channels will have bot related content present!

  • HAS: All from Tier 1!

  • HAS: Up to 3 bots completely implemented per request, including permissions and required utilization channels crafted!

  • HAS: Welcome / Leaving / Etc. messages programmed as well as Server Event Logs set up and customized as requested.

  • DOES NOT HAVE: Discord Onboarding, graphics, or channel content unrelated to bots.

Tier 3 💜 $75+

The full server experience! All required bots and services shall be set up as requested, with content and graphics crafted for the channels - you don't have to set up anything!

  • HAS: All from Tier 1 & 2!

  • HAS: Discord Onboarding fully customized and enabled!

  • HAS: Custom graphics and embeds crafted for informational channels per request!

  • HAS: Optional server directory with fully functioning links for both desktop and mobile for easy server access!

PRICING FLUXUATION FOR TIER 3:
Price will be determined fairly between both parties dependent on:
✧ Number of bots requested
✧ Number of graphics needed
✧ Amount of text and server information required
✧ Other agreed upon specific customizationsAny work or additions that I decide to include that may venture above the paid for tier will be provided without any additional fees or compensation at my discretion.Per my Terms of Service, all discord servers commissioned from me will come with reasonable revisions prior to final product delivery, close collaboration with the requester, and assistance after final delivery for up to three months post delivery in case needed.Service assistance examples:
✧ Changes to bots or server coding due to malfunction or content changes.
✧ Advice and lessons on bots included in the server's original creation plan so that you may continue to use the server to the best of your ability.
✧ Minor edits to text-based content.I will not assist in moderating, staffing, or creating new content for the servers after final delivery is completed.

Misc. Graphics

  • Price will depend on complexity and size, and order size!

  • I can make graphics for social media promotion, brand ambassador advertising (brand graphics required), Discord Banners, compilations, and more!

  • I am able to do simple animation for graphics, such as looping gifs or floating assets or text.

IMPORTANT:
I am not a character or background artist, so for profile pictures, banners, panels, etc. if you would like the graphic to involve your OC, you must provide me with either PNGs of your model or art that the original artist allows to be used in this way. If you are unsure if your artist is comfortable with you commissioning others to use their art for social media / stream graphics, please ask them prior to commissioning me.All VTuber model PNGs should be transparent if possible for ease of creation. If you need help with this, let me know!I can remove backgrounds from character art if you have gotten the original artist's permission to use in graphics as well!I will not use AI art or accept commissions from anyone using AI art.
